How We Rate Online Casinos

How to use our casino comparisons

Casino reviews help you compare features and conditions. A score or position in a list is not a guarantee of safety, fair treatment or a winning outcome. Use the checks below alongside the operator’s current terms and the official regulatory register.

Gamblingpedia UK publishes casino information and gambling guides. Published comparisons should be read as editorial information, not as independent certification or proof of a completed deposit-and-withdrawal test. We have removed unsupported numerical ratings and review totals. Our affiliate disclosure explains commercial links.

Check the licence and the exact domain

Search the UK Gambling Commission public register for the company operating a website. Compare the domain, trading name and permitted activities. An overseas licence does not replace the authorisation required to offer gambling to players in Great Britain. A licence also does not promise that you will make a profit.

Read the bonus conditions

Check eligibility, expiry, maximum bets, excluded games, game contributions and restrictions on withdrawing winnings. Compare the terms on the operator’s website rather than relying on a headline amount in a review. Since 19 January 2026, UK incentive wagering requirements are capped at 10 times. The Commission’s incentive guidance explains the rules.

Our deposit calculator shows how a bonus and wagering estimate are calculated. It does not check eligibility or certify that an advertised offer is current.

Separate withdrawal stages

An operator’s processing period, identity checks and a bank or wallet’s settlement period are different stages. Find out when each stage starts, whether weekends count, what documents may be needed, and whether a fee applies. A fast advertised payment time is not a guaranteed arrival time.

The withdrawal calculator estimates fees and calendar days using the values you enter. Actual payments may take longer. Never deposit simply to test a payout promise.

Understand games and risk

Look for game rules, the configured return to player and any relevant house edge. RTP describes a long-run average, not the return a person should expect from a particular session. The Commission’s RTP guide explains this distinction. Our house-edge guide covers the mathematical advantage in casino games.

Review controls and support

Find the operator’s deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, account history and complaint process before playing. Check which independent dispute-resolution service the operator uses; do not assume all operators use the same service. Read our responsible gambling guide for support and limit-setting information.

Report an error

Operator ownership, offers and payment methods change. If a detail conflicts with an operator’s current terms or an official register, rely on the current primary source and tell us which page and statement need correction. Include a source link where possible. Review publication does not establish that every detail remains current.
